Autumn 2017 newsletter

Welcome to the Autumn 2017 edition of our newsletter.

Welcome to our Autumn Newsletter

All our children have now settled into nursery, we are enjoying getting to know the children and they are enjoying our routines in nursery. The favourite's seem to be Dough Disco and baby yoga.

In September we celebrated our 2nd Birthday

Wow the last 2 years have flown! We had a lovely day decorating cakes and biscuits. Taking part in songs and party games. Thank you to all our children, parents and carers for making the last 2 years so enjoyable.

What we have been up to in nursery

In nursery we have been learning all about ourselves, sharing things we like to eat and noises we are not so keen on. We have been talking about our families and sharing our photo books with our friends. Lots of learning going on, counting, matching by shape and grouping in colour.

Special Visitor in Nursery

The children were so excited to see Kaylie and baby Lucy in nursery. They said she was 'small' and had 'little eyes'.

World First Aid Day

In September we celebrated World First Aid Day, we practised our bandage skills and talked about how we keep ourselves safe.

Chunky Monkey

We love to read all about what you have been up to at home with chunky monkey. Chunky monkey is a great resource we share with our families.

The children enjoy going on trips to the local park, library and to feed the ducks at the lake. Please ensure you provide a warm coat, suitable shoes, hats, scarf and gloves. As the weather is changing we will be needing our winter woolies.
