Summary of key findings from Ofsted

• The management and staff have a clear vision and effectively strive for continuous improvement. They know their role and responsibilities and implement clear policies and procedures. Exceptionally detailed improvement plans are in place to help promote excellent outcomes for all children.

• All staff are highly skilled and have a thorough knowledge of the requirements of the early years foundation stage. They have an excellent understanding of all children's individual needs, interests and current stage of development.

• There is an extremely strong partnership with parents. Parents speak highly of the service provided and feel extremely well supported. Staff very successfully engage parents in children's learning and development.
