All our staff are committed, highly motivated and approachable. We strive to provide a happy, homely, learning and caring environment. Our staff have all undergone the mandatory enhanced DBS checks which enable them to work with children. We feel professional development is an extremely important factor in our team. We regularly attend a wide variety of training to keep our knowledge up to date. Our staffing ratios are inline with the national standards for full day care.

I have many years experience within the childcare sector, many of which have involved managerial roles. I am qualified to level 3 in early years and education and level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care Children and Young People. Previous to childcare, I worked within the care sector for 11 years, many of those at management level where I gained vast amounts of experience dealing with a wide range of individual needs. I also have experience of working with children that have additional needs including children within the autistic spectrum.
I have many years experience within the childcare sector. I am qualified to level 3 in early years and education and Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care Children and Young People. Before childminding I spent 13 years in retail management. This involved operational responsibilities including managing and developing a team of staff to ensure we delivered customer satisfaction.
I have many years experience in working in early years. I hold a level 3 in childcare. In my spare time I love to bake and spend time with my partner, going on walks with our dog cookie.
I have worked for Little Cygnets since February 2017. I have gained a Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development and Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children's and Young peoples services. Some other training I have completed includes: Paediatric First Aid, Manual Handling, Safeguarding Children, Fire Safety, Food Safety and Prevent Duty. Futhermore, I have also achieved Level 4 in Childcare and playwork. I have many years of experience of working in the Childcare sector, and have experience of working with children additional needs.
I work at Little Cygnets part time, I hold a level 3 in Childcare. I love spending time with my little family going on outings and walks together. My favourite time of year is Christmas, it's such a magical time of year!

Hi, my name is Rachel. I have been at Little Cygnets for 4 years now, I am now a Room Leader with a level 3 qualification in childcare, currently studying to gain my level 5 in Early Education. I have worked in childcare for 13 years, I live locally with my husband and my 4 children.
I started working at Little Cygnets Childcare April 2021, I am currently completing an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. I hold a level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, level 2 in Childcare, recently I have completed training in Safeguarding and Sexual Exploitation. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with my friends and family, going on long walks with my french bulldog called Sonny.

Hello I'm Suzanne, I hold a Level 3 in Childcare. I have many years of experience in childcare working with different age groups. I love to see the children enjoy having fun with their friends as they play and learn. In my spare time I enjoy the theatre, going out for food with friends and family and going for walks down the coast.
I have over 10 years of experience working in childcare. I hold a level 3 certificate in Early Year's Educator and have most recently completed my CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools. I am a firm believer in learning through play and creating opportunities for children to have new experiences. I love spending time with my family, especially when we watch Disney films and go out for meals.
