Jess - Director

I am one of the new Managing Directors of Little Cygnets alongside my husband Scott. I have many years working with children with additional needs. Firstly, as a support assistant then trained to be a primary school teacher before returning to a SEND school to teach for 7 years in early years and key stage 1. I have worked with a range of children especially those with a diagnosis of Autism and communication. I am Forest School trained and love the outdoors. We decided we wanted a new challenge and can't wait for this new adventure. I love travelling and exploring the world and taking our dachshund Frankie on long walks.

Scott - Director

I am the new managing director alongside my wife Jess. I have 11 years of experience as a Primary SEN teacher, specialising in supporting children’s social, emotional, and mental health needs. In addition to my teaching role, I served as the lead for relationship support and was also the Art Coordinator. When I’m not at Little Cygnets, I work as a private hire driver in Newcastle, or you can find me out walking my little dachshund, Frankie.
